No-Refund Policy

Why there are no refunds

You are buying a position on a public leaderboard, and it is delivered immediately. The moment your payment settles, your listing is published, your rank is calculated, and your link is visible to everyone browsing the board. The product is consumed on delivery, so there is nothing to give back.

What you are buying

A bid buys placement, not performance. Your rank reflects how much you have paid relative to everyone else — nothing more. We do not promise traffic, clicks, signups, revenue, press, or any particular outcome, and we do not promise your rank will last.

Ranks are not permanent

Anyone can pay more than you and move ahead. That is the entire mechanic of the leaderboard, and being outbid is an expected outcome rather than a fault. Your total bid never decreases, so if you want your position back you can top up at any time and your earlier payments still count toward your total.

Situations we do not refund

• Being outbid, or dropping in rank for any reason
• Fewer clicks or customers than you expected
• Bidding more than you intended, or bidding twice
• Changing your mind after paying
• Taking your own listing down
• Us removing your listing for breaching our Terms of Use

Because of this, please check your amount before you confirm. Bids start at $1 and every checkout shows the exact amount you are about to pay.

Duplicate charges and technical faults

The one thing we will always fix is our own error. If you were charged twice for the same bid, or a payment settled but your rank never appeared, that is a fault on our side — email contact@startupboost.io with your payment reference and we will either publish the rank you paid for or return the duplicate charge.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. If a chargeback is filed, we may remove the listing it relates to and decline future bids from you. Any rank obtained by a payment that is later reversed is removed from the board.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not override consumer protection law that cannot be waived where you live. If mandatory law in your country grants you a refund right for a digital service delivered immediately, that law takes precedence over this page. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, and their terms apply to the transaction itself.
